It's been one of those days...

This is my view of the floor today...

I'm finally doing it after 8 years...alright, almost 9 years...

We are hiring a babysitter for tomorrow night!!!!

Yes, that's right.  We have never had anyone other than a family member or a trusted friend/family watch our kiddos.  It's our 11 year anniversary tomorrow and most of you would say that it's probably a miracle that we've made it this long without having nights out together....especially when Eric works from home.  He and I have LOTS of "quality" time together...thank goodness I love him as much as I do.  However, it might account for some of my gray hairs that I have.  

We have a lovely family that lives across the street from us and they have a daughter that is in college that lives at home with them...she's awesome and hopefully tomorrow is a win-win for all of us as I think that Eric and I could make this a monthly occurrence...if not bi-weekly.  :)

And Andrew already went in for the kill......she came over yesterday to speak with me and he went right in for the kiss!  Ladies Man strikes again!  I'm sure more stories to tell after tomorrow night.
